**Terms of Service**

**1. Payment Terms**  
All orders must be paid in full upfront. For commissioned pottery, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before any work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

**2. Shipping**  
Shipping times may vary based on product availability and destination. While I strive to provide estimated delivery times, I cannot guarantee specific shipping dates.

**3. Commissions**  
For commissioned pieces, buyers are required to fill out a designated form detailing their request. The commission process will not start until the form is completed and the deposit is received.
